Can you post overseas? Sorry However, we welcome overseas buyers wishing to purchase for loved ones in the UK. Simply add the recipients address to the delivery address with a message on our order page for us to forward onto them.
What about BFPO? No Problem - (for goods to a max. of 2kg) we charge the UK standard rate, if living outside of the UK complete your order for your international address. Overseas purchases over 2kg can be sent for a postal charge of £10.50 so join up with friends and get shopping.
What about quality? All our toy manufacturers have earned a great reputation for high standards and adhere to the tough European toy safety guidelines. However, always consider carefully any age guides given and take due care when giving toys to young children. We have worked hard to establish a good reputation and take pride in so many of our customers using our service time and again, see our feedback comments below
Guarantees and Returns? You can return your order, at any time within 14 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected. Details on how to do this are included with your order. We aim to process returns as soon as they arrive. Please note that returns bought as gifts can only be credited back to the original purchaser, and should you decide to change an item we cannot prevent the payer from knowing.
Plus... All goods are supplied with a manufacturers warranty, which will vary in length. If within the warranty period (but outside the first 14 days) the goods become defective then please refer to the manufacturer. All warranties are offered in addition to your statutory rights.
Faulty or damaged on arrival? In this unlikely event, please telephone Customer Services immediately on 0845 644 7025 and we'll make remedial plans and offer a full refund.
Do you have a catalogue? We are producing our new catalogue at the moment - packed with our new items and best sellers. Please register to receive one and we will send it out as soon as its printed.
Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
· We collect information about you in order to process your order and to provide you with the best service.
· We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
· We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.
· We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
· The information we hold will be accurate, held securely and up to date. You can check the information that we hold by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

What if I change my mind? Under European law on distance selling you have the right to cancel your order from the time you place your order for up to 10 days after delivery. To exercise this right please telephone us so that arrangements can be made for their return. However, postage costs for the safe return of goods is not refundable. Your money in full will be credited upon acceptable receipt of goods.
